    Project Background

    Subsidiaries in Ping An Group are cultivating characteristic business teams, to build leading businesses, and introduce innovative thinking and breakthrough business development ideas into executives team in banking, endowment insurance, trust business, securities, leasing, finance, financial management, Lufax and real estate areas.


    Challenge of the Project

    Innovation, fully compliance and excellent execution are deeply embedded into Ping An’s corporate culture. Every year, Ping An introduces many training/consultant/advisor/coach teams for customized and practical services.


    How to design "innovative" coaching projects to really empower the management team?


    Project Design Ideas

    Scenarized, close to real business, that's the core of our project design idea.


    Y2019: we designed different kinds of workshops for type-A executives: BLM (business leading model), strategy execution and implementation, technological change and innovation, and coaching style leadership; 


    Y2020, "Comprehensive Gold Partnership Plan" was designed for 6 subsidiaries in PingAn;


    Y2021: "Xinying Training Plan" for mid-management team ;


    Y2022-20023: a series of coaching style leadership projects to deepen the coach methodology and skills to each work scene.


    Project Outcome

    We have continuously introduced 30+ business theme team coaching workshops, training courses, and executive 1v1 coaching programs since 2019. Each project was highly rated at 92-99(of 100). The executives and managers who participated in the projects have gradually accepted coaching methodology, and become more open and brave to embrace the future and uncertainty, trial and error and innovation, more focusing on people in their daily management. We believe our empowerment projects is helpful for PingAn's "sustainable", "structure of growth" and "quality of growth" in the past 3 years and the future.
