    Project Background

    The year 2020 is a very challenging year for this world"s leading communication equipment manufacturer, facing the targeted blockade from European and American countries. In the dark moment, while the company tries to explore technological breakthroughs, it urgently needs to introduce soft leadership to stimulate the inner drive of employees.


    Challenge of the Project

    The management team realizes that "soft" coach style leadership is needed to be added into the corporate traditional "hard" style leadership,  but how to be more practical and really empower employees for long-term self-drive?


    Project Design Ideas

    According to the preliminary research, we found that the management group is generally used to the traditional directive and controlled leadership mode("hard" style) in performance counseling, so in 2020-2021, we designed courses of the coaching style performance mentoring, 1v1 senior management coaches and a theme workshop combined with BU business challenges, which helped the management team applied coaching skill step by step in daily performance coaching and team discussion & collabration.


    Project Outcome

    In just six months of 2020, we delivered 23 "Application of Coaches in Performance Coaching" course programs, 19 hours 1v1 coaching sessions and 3 team coaching workshop programs, a total of 255 hours of coaching service. 


    In 2021, we continued to provide 80+ courses/team coaching workshop/1v1 executive coaching sessions.


    Each program was highly rated at 92-99(of 100). 


    We continuous in-depth cooperation in 2022 and 2023 as the major business coaching partner for this customer.
