    More and more enterprise managers learn and practice coaches, and find that coaches are upgrading their self-cognition, breaking through thinking limitations, improving interpersonal influence, unlocking the potential and creativity of others, enhancing leadership effectiveness, empowering teams and organizations, achieving breakthroughs in performance, and creating greater influence and value.

     

    If you want to become familiar with the fundamentals of professional coaching and learn the coaching skills to enhance your performance in your profession, this course is for you. This program is also for those who want to develop the skills and have the requirements to apply for the ICF ACC Credential.


    What

    Through our program you get familiar with the coaching foundation, the main coaching steps and the evolution of modern coaching. You will learn how to plan and manage a coaching session, how to co-create the relationship with your clients by using competencies like establishing trust and being aware of your coaching presence. 

     

    The program maximizes coaching results by integrating the eight ICF core competencies with the 4H dynamic model, and by engaging changes in mentality, thinking and action, promotes people's growth from inside to outside, and enables coaches to achieve the best results. We believe that you are perfect, complete and capable of achieving your goals. We hope to help you discover the true richness and potential within others and yourselves. 


    How

    The program will be delivered in face-to-face sessions of theory teaching, complemented by online and telephone supervision of individual coaches. It comprises 4 modules, totally 70.5 hours, including 52.5-hour face-to-face session plus 8-hour practice & 10-hour coach supervision on-line. In coach supervision session, each student has 3-hour one-on-one supervision by our experienced mentor coach team.


    Who

    Our Level 1  coaching education program is intended to deliver fundamental training for those who want to learn the coaching skills to enhance their performance in their profession and for those who want to develop basic knowledge about the coaching profession and apply for the ICF ACC Credential.
